Internet
Customers can make an Internet payment online with a $2.50 convenience fee.
Electronic
Customers can automatically pay their monthly bill by having their bank account debited. Please contact the office for an auto debit appliction.
Mail
A self-addressed envelope is included with each statement for easy pay by mail.

City Hall Drop Box
Customers who cannot make it into our office during regular business hours may drop their payment off at our 24-hour drop box. It is a free standing drive-up unit in the east parking lot located at City Hall at 815 Lincoln Highway East.
Walk-in
You can drop your payment at City Hall on the first floor.
Utility Billing Dates
There is only one bill per month and it is always on the first business day following the 15th. You have until the 15th of the month to pay the current charges. After the 15th penalties will be added. "Shut-off notices" are also printed at this time and are due by the date stated on the notice.
Deposits
A $50.00 water deposit is required for all new customers to open utility accounts. This is due prior to the date that service is to begin. Customers can request a deposit refund after paying their bill on time for 24 months.
